General presentation of the system

The VIVA POS platform is a transaction management solution allowing:

• sales management
• synchronization with a central ERP system
• integration with tax systems (Blackbox)
• offline operation.

The system can operate in two modes:

Connected tax mode (Blackbox)

Used in countries with digital tax infrastructure.

Local standalone mode

Used in regions without Blackbox infrastructure.
